Pallav Shukla

Pallav is currently an LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School. He studied law at ILS Law College, Pune (class of 2010) and was nominated as law clerk to Hon'ble Mr. Justice SH Kapadia, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India.
His research spans a variety of topics, but mainly focuses on property law, environment as well as tax regulation and money laundering. He has worked as research assistant at Harvard and at CPR, and published a number of publications, including conference papers.
Apart from his academic work, Pallav has extensive work experience as a litigator with a primary focus on electricity regulatory practice, commercial litigation, tax and white-collar criminal defense work. He is also a consultant with the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur where his work involves research on regulatory framework to govern urban real estate construction.
